About the Role
The AI Product Builder will lead the development of AI-powered solutions within the company’s AI transformation initiatives. The role involves identifying operational problems, designing intelligent workflows, and building production-ready tools using large language models and modern AI development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation initiatives for specific go-to-market functions and define a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI agents, and modern AI coding tools.
- Design scalable architectures and reusable components that support future AI development.
- Build automation tools that streamline processes for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Present progress updates, demonstrations, and measurable results to executive leadership.
Requirements
A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
Practical experience with AI or machine learning concepts and modern AI tools.
Experience with product development, software engineering, or AI-enabled products.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI development workflows.
Ability to independently move projects from concept to prototype and production deployment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in enterprise software environments.
Background in AI or machine learning research, internships, or related projects.
