About the Role
Lantern Digital is seeking a creative and versatile Digital Creative Associate to join its team on a part-time, fully remote basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital content creation, social media growth, and visual storytelling.
The role combines graphic design, video production, and social media management, making it suitable for someone who enjoys producing engaging content that captures attention online.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling graphics and branded visuals for marketing and social media campaigns
- Produce and edit both short-form and long-form video content
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain content calendars for consistent and strategic posting
- Track social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and contribute new creative ideas
Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should have:
- Strong proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, and similar platforms
- Graphic design skills with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency
- Proven experience in video editing, including short-form content and longer productions
- Experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth and engagement
- Excellent written communication skills for captions, scripts, and content writing
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment
- A portfolio or samples of previous creative work
