Job Summary
The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of a furniture showroom located within an assigned SPAR outlet. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain showroom standards, and lead the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Attend to customers, recommend products, and prepare quotations.
Generate new leads to support business growth.
Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure brand standards are upheld.
Oversee customer orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure showroom operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team.
Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
Previous experience in furniture or home décor sales is mandatory.
Strong sales, customer relationship management, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of showroom operations and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month
