Deye Service Centre is currently recruiting for the position of Chinese Food Chef at Deye Service Centre. This full-time opportunity is based in Festac, Lagos, and is ideal for experienced chefs with expertise in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine using traditional cooking techniques.

Job Summary
The Chinese Food Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese meals, maintaining high food quality standards, ensuring proper kitchen hygiene, and delivering excellent presentation in every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, and other regional cuisines.
Apply traditional Chinese cooking techniques such as:
Wok cooking
Steaming
Braising
Stir-frying
Source, store, and manage authentic Chinese ingredients.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements

Proven experience preparing authentic Chinese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking methods.
