Job Summary
The Clinic Maintenance Officer will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment throughout the clinic while supporting infection control procedures and ensuring the facility remains in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across waiting areas, treatment rooms, restrooms, and other clinic spaces.
Ensure proper disposal of clinical and general waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies when necessary.
Carry out routine maintenance inspections and promptly report repair requirements.
Support infection prevention and control by sanitizing surfaces and equipment areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of floors, windows, and all common areas within the clinic.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance, preferably within a healthcare or hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and high personal hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of basic health, safety, and sanitation practices.
Physical fitness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
Applicants residing within or close to the Ikeja GRA axis will have an added advantage.
