Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and implementation of solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, and IoT-enabled energy platforms.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage engineers, technicians, and other technical specialists.
- Oversee technical project execution from system design through commissioning and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous system improvements.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in solar energy, battery energy storage, and IoT technologies.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Inverters
- Electrical systems
- Renewable energy or energy storage certifications will be an added advantage.
