Key Responsibilities

As a System Administrator, you will:

• Provide second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage and administer network servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and enterprise technology tools.
• Implement and maintain security controls, including user access management, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security monitoring solutions.
• Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and support cybersecurity initiatives.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and identity management systems.
• Maintain, monitor, and test backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system implementations, and technology rollouts.
• Promote information security awareness and best practices across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and security.
• Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, IT Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise networks, servers, cloud environments, and data centre operations.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery, and IT security solutions.
