Job Overview

The Logistics First Line Supervisor II will oversee logistics operations across offshore facilities while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective logistics support. The successful candidate will supervise logistics activities involving aviation, marine, shore base operations, ground transportation, camp services, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

As the Logistics First Line Supervisor II, you will:

• Oversee logistics operations at DS1 and DS2/CPF facilities.
• Serve as the on-site contract representative for vehicle lease, field logistics, and infrastructure operations and maintenance contracts.
• Conduct audits of contractor-managed and internally executed logistics operations.
• Follow up and close out audit findings.
• Coordinate transportation, lifting, and hoisting support services for operational activities.
• Maintain and oversee the sling register.
• Support safe, reliable, and efficient logistics operations across assigned business units.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

• Previous experience in a closely related logistics position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Between 6 and 9 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of logistics standards, specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Broad understanding of supply chain management.
• Excellent operations planning and maintenance management skills.
• Knowledge of marine operations and logistics management.
• Strong decision-making and risk management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
