Extramileage Consults Limited, a full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company serving businesses across Nigeria, is recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor for an opportunity in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Kitchen Management, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be capable of supervising kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key duties will include:
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities.
- Ensure food preparation and service operations run efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned duties are completed properly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the kitchen.
- Ensure kitchen procedures and operational standards are followed.
- Coordinate work schedules and support effective shift management.
- Monitor the use and handling of kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Help maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
- Identify and address operational issues promptly.
- Support the management team with other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of ND.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Kitchen Supervisor or kitchen management role.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and competence.
- Rotational shift schedule.
- Feeding provided four times a week.
