Ezine Learning is recruiting an Organization Representative to serve as an independent representative within an assigned organization or professional community in Nigeria. The role involves promoting Ezine Learning’s digital education platform, building stakeholder relationships, facilitating registrations, and supporting users.
The Organization Representative will help organizations and their members understand and effectively use Ezine Learning’s courses, services, and learning solutions while identifying opportunities for wider adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Ezine Learning professionally within assigned organizations or networks.
- Present the platform’s services, courses, features, and benefits to leaders and members.
- Identify organizational learning and development needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Arrange demonstrations, workshops, information sessions, and onboarding programmes.
- Recruit and register eligible members as Ezine Learning users.
- Guide users through account creation, onboarding, course discovery, and basic platform use.
- Provide first-level user support and escalate technical or account-related issues.
- Build strong relationships with organizational leaders, HR teams, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Encourage registered users to remain active on the platform.
- Collect user feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Identify partnership and group-learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, registrations, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports covering engagement, registrations, user activity, feedback, and challenges.
- Comply with Ezine Learning’s brand, privacy, communication, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-management abilities.
- Confidence explaining online learning solutions to individuals and groups.
- Ability to support user registration and onboarding.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.
- Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
- Professional judgment, integrity, reliability, and a service-oriented attitude.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: N50,000 monthly
- Commission: Available in addition to the monthly salary.
- Employment Type: Contract
