Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining general bookkeeping records and ensuring all financial transactions are properly captured using the company’s accounting software.
- Carrying out periodic and prompt reconciliations with banks, debtors and creditors.
- Regularly monitoring account statements to ensure they agree with the company’s financial records.
- Supporting proper management of staff resources.
- Enforcing basic HR practices within the organization.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity in all accounting activities.
Requirements
