Job Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory operations, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring inventory accountability, and minimizing stock losses. The successful candidate must have a solid accounting background and experience managing inventory within a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage all inventory within the store.
- Monitor stock receipts, transfers, and product issuances.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Supervise store personnel.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
