Job Description
Talentforge Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on ICT Support Staff to provide first-line technical support to employees while ensuring that the organisation’s IT systems, devices, and network infrastructure operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As the ICT Support Staff, you will:
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests through phone, email, and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, network devices, and software applications.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, internet connectivity, and perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Carry out routine system maintenance, software updates, data backups, and antivirus management.
- Track IT assets, software licenses, and office IT consumables.
- Report equipment faults and coordinate repairs with vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and inventory.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in ICT support, IT helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Email clients
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Active Directory will be an added advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Salary
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₦120,000 to ₦200,000.
