Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience from enquiry through to product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide customers with information about products, pricing, sizing, and order placement.
- Process customer orders and monitor them until successful delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and customer feedback efficiently.
- Represent the brand professionally through excellent customer interactions.
- Perform other customer service duties as assigned.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sector will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Passion for customer service and fashion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Knowledge of African fashion and fabrics is an advantage.
- Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the workplace.

Salary
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₦150,000 to ₦200,000.
