Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers professionally.
- Providing accurate information about logistics services, pricing, and delivery options.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding parcel registration, collection, and delivery processes.
- Registering parcels accurately into the company’s system.
- Verifying customer identification and collecting required registration information.
- Processing parcel collections while following company release procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Working closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and issuing receipts.
- Following company financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the Central Processing Station (CPS) and Resolutions teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assisting with parcel organization for dispatch and station logistics.
- Keeping up to date with operational processes and sharing relevant information with team members.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the parcel handling process.
