Key Responsibilities
As a Sale Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
- Expanding the company’s client base and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Introducing and promoting new products to potential customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable real estate solutions.
- Proactively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Monitoring and understanding sales performance metrics.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong business intelligence and strategic thinking abilities.
- Established relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Research and strategic planning skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong managerial, analytical, and commercial skills.

- Extensive knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary ranging from ₦1,800,000 to ₦2,000,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
