About the Role
The Front Desk Officer will oversee reception activities and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will help maintain smooth daily office operations while ensuring that guests and clients receive a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming phone calls.
- Receive and guide guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming emails, calls, and general inquiries promptly.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain visitor logs and properly document all office visits.
- Provide administrative support to internal departments when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
