Job Summary
The HR Specialist will support the HR Business Partner, Head Office, in delivering people analytics, workforce reporting, HR systems support, and management insights.
The role involves using HR data, SAP SuccessFactors, and reporting tools to support workforce planning, talent management, compliance, and management decisions. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential employee information accurately.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and analyse HR reports covering employee headcount, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training, and employee relations metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates, and data quality management.
- Assist with workforce planning, vacancy tracking, organisational structures, and manpower reporting.
- Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
- Maintain HR compliance trackers, audit documentation, and action logs.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements and Qualifications
