Job Responsibilities
As a Tech / Legal Sales & Growth Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Reaching out to law firms through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and physical engagements.
- Introducing the legal practice management platform to prospective clients.
- Conducting product demonstrations and explaining platform features.
- Following up with prospects and converting qualified leads into paying clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with lawyers and law firm partners.
- Creating simple demo videos, presentations, and sales materials.
- Tracking outreach activities, product demonstrations, leads, and conversions.
- Supporting business development and client acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
Interested candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong interest in technology, legal services, and sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging lawyers and senior decision-makers.
- Strong digital skills and the ability to work comfortably with technology tools and platforms.
- A legal background or relevant legal industry experience is an added advantage.
