About the Entry-Level Sales Officer Role

Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage prospective customers in markets, shops and business areas.
- Identify potential customers interested in PalmPay loan products.
- Explain available loan products and their benefits clearly and accurately.
- Respond to relevant customer questions about loan products and onboarding.
- Assist interested customers with loan applications.
- Support customers throughout the required onboarding process.
- Maintain consistent daily engagement with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships within the assigned location.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Work towards daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.
