Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting an Automotive Sales Executive on behalf of its client in Ikeja, Lagos.
The Automotive Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of automotive products, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience selling automotive tyres and batteries, as well as a strong understanding of the Nigerian automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automotive products to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new sales opportunities and develop a strong customer pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates on market and customer developments.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in automotive tyres, batteries, lubricants, auto spare parts, or related products.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian automotive aftermarket.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Good understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
Salary
- ₦350,000 monthly
