Job Overview
The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for increasing Bankyloolas’ online visibility, engaging customers across multiple social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing customer interactions, and supporting loyalty programmes that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and other platform-specific materials.
- Manage the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and reviews.
- Build and nurture active online communities.
- Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns using social media and CRM insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Implement and manage the company’s customer loyalty programme.
- Track customer participation, reward redemption, and programme effectiveness.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend strategies to improve customer experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Achieving at least 20% monthly growth in social media engagement.
- Maintaining a 100% response rate with an average response time of less than five minutes.
- Achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensuring at least 80% participation in customer loyalty programmes.
- Delivering accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong content creation and digital marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful reports.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
