Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

The role involves producing multimedia content, managing social media channels, implementing SEO strategies, analyzing content performance, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s online presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

The NYSC Digital & Content Creator will:

• Develop, create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, websites, and digital channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Generate creative content ideas that reflect the company’s brand identity and messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and engagement.
• Produce multimedia content including photography, videography, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Design and edit visual content for campaigns, promotions, and daily communication activities.
• Monitor content performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support organizational goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative content strategies.
• Support other marketing and communication projects assigned by the department.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Active social media presence and experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • CapCut
  • Photoshop
  • Canva
• Experience using WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
• Ability to analyze content performance data and make informed recommendations.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
