The Store Officer will be responsible for retrieving and organising customers’ items, accurately packing orders, attending to customer requests, and maintaining an orderly store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and retrieve customers’ items from the store.
- Attend to customers and assist them with their requests.
- Ensure customers receive the correct items.
- Accurately pack customers’ orders.
- Assist with arranging and organising items within the store.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment.
- Check items carefully to minimise errors when fulfilling customer orders.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
