Job Overview
The People & Operations Associate will support the company’s people management and day-to-day operational functions while providing direct executive support to the CEO.
The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, support HR compliance, manage executive schedules, and develop operational systems that help the organization remain structured as it grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, follow-ups, priorities, and scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure hiring activities progress efficiently.
- Manage employee onboarding and probation processes with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Identify and help close HR compliance gaps.
- Develop, document, and improve operational systems and processes.
- Help keep the team organized as the company grows.
- Monitor team dynamics and communicate relevant people-related issues to leadership.
- Identify unresolved or ownerless tasks and take responsibility for driving them to completion.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the organization.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with appropriate discretion.
- Contribute to special projects and other operational initiatives as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in HR and people operations.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding and probation management.
- Experience maintaining employee records and supporting HR compliance.
- Experience providing executive support and managing CEO schedules.
- Ability to build and document operational systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
