Johnson Consult’s Enterprise is recruiting on behalf of its client for the position of Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will provide direct executive support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, coordinating engagements, handling correspondence, tracking action points, conducting research, and ensuring assigned tasks are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Executive and Calendar Management
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure the MD is prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Maintain reminders for important deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Help structure daily activities to maximise productivity.
- Communicate schedule changes, conflicts, and urgent matters promptly.
Executive Communication
- Organise correspondence and communications requiring the MD’s attention.
- Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritise information where appropriate.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate important matters promptly.
Meeting and Action-Point Management
- Coordinate meetings involving the MD, including scheduling and preparation of relevant documents.
- Take accurate notes and document key decisions and action points.
- Maintain an executive action tracker.
- Follow up with responsible team members on outstanding assignments.
- Provide concise updates on pending matters and deadlines.
Executive Follow-Up and Coordination
- Follow up on instructions assigned by the MD across departments.
- Obtain updates, reports, documents, and information required by the MD.
- Monitor outstanding matters and ensure they receive appropriate attention.
- Identify delays or potential issues and escalate them promptly.
- Serve as an effective coordination link between the MD and relevant stakeholders.
Research and Executive Support
- Conduct research and gather information requested by the MD.
- Assist with presentations, reports, briefs, and executive documents.
- Support special projects and business assignments.
- Organise information to support executive review and decision-making.
- Assist in tracking key business initiatives as assigned.
Personal and Business Assistance
- Provide professional assistance with authorised personal and business-related engagements.
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, errands, and other requirements as assigned.
- Assist with travel planning, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries when required.
- Handle sensitive personal and business matters with maturity and discretion.
Records and Confidential Information
- Maintain organised digital and physical executive records.
- Safeguard confidential business, financial, personnel, and personal information.
- Ensure documents and information are properly organised and accessible.
- Exercise strict discretion in all dealings involving the MD and the organisation.
Special Assignments
- Support the MD with ad-hoc projects, events, meetings, and business engagements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle urgent assignments professionally and efficiently.
- Perform other executive support duties reasonably assigned by the MD.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar executive support role.
- Previous experience supporting a CEO, MD, Director, Founder, or other senior executive is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of email, calendars, online meetings, document management, and digital productivity tools.
- Gender Preference: Female.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, based on experience and suitability.
