Thronos Technologies Limited is recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier relationships, and broader supply chain operations in Lagos.
The Supply Chain Manager will develop and implement strategies that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, delivery reliability, inventory management, and uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations.
- Establish and monitor supplier performance management systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain and procurement costs.
- Manage relationships with distribution and logistics partners.
- Monitor supplier and delivery performance against agreed standards.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Establish and monitor procurement and logistics KPIs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Leverage technology and digital solutions to improve supply chain operations.
- Prepare regular supply chain performance reports for management.
- Ensure efficient coordination between procurement, suppliers, inventory, logistics, and business operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience.
- Strong procurement and supplier management skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing inventory and logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cost optimization.
- CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, or a related professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

₦600,000 – ₦800,000 per month
