Thronos Technologies Limited is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The Project Manager will coordinate project teams and stakeholders, manage risks and resources, monitor project performance, and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Define project scope, deliverables, objectives, and milestones.
- Coordinate project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor project progress, performance, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project budgets, expenditure, and resource utilization.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Organize and coordinate stakeholder and project meetings.
- Ensure projects meet established quality standards and requirements.
- Manage changes to project scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project issues while escalating significant risks when necessary.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of project management experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred, depending on seniority.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
