The company is recruiting a Facility Manager Associate (Intern) to support the daily operations and maintenance activities of its facility management team in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Support the coordination of technicians, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and general facility operations.
• Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and service reports.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Maintain records of work orders, inventories, and operational documents.
• Support communication with clients and help ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
• Assist with procurement and tracking of maintenance materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• NYSC completion or current NYSC service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of facility management operations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within the organisation.
