The company is recruiting a Brewing Process Artisan to join its team in Sagamu, Ogun State. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and optimising plant equipment and associated devices to ensure plant availability, efficient production, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment effectively.
- Optimise production performance and processes.
- Maintain, repair, and optimise plant equipment and associated devices.
- Promote a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Use VPO tools to respond appropriately to production and process results.
- Participate actively in shift meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Record issues, problems, and opportunities for improvement using action logs.
- Understand the team’s objectives and contribute towards achieving them.
- Complete proper handovers to incoming shift teams.
- Communicate relevant plant performance, quality, and maintenance issues during shift handovers.
Requirements
- B.Sc., HND, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a brewing or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mental alertness skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and people-handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment.
- Strong initiative, energy, and achievement drive.
- Good conceptual and management skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and achieving optimum plant performance.
