JC International is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Accountant to join its Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing accounts receivable, reconciling customer accounts, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on client contracts, purchase orders, and approved work completion documents.
- Process invoices through client vendor portals where required.
- Maintain an organized invoice register and proper billing documentation.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile invoices with clients and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare customer statements of account and reconcile balances.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Logistics, and Project teams to obtain supporting invoicing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, collections, and outstanding invoices.
- Generate periodic reports on invoicing, collections, and aged receivables.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and accounting standards.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Previous experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Practical experience preparing invoices for International Oil Companies (IOCs), EPC contractors, or oil and gas service companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management and invoice reconciliation.
- Experience using accounting software.
