Job Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Qore, you will:
- Lead the development of product enhancements from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to gather business requirements and design effective software solutions.
- Develop high-quality applications using C# and the .NET Framework.
- Participate in testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Work with containers, messaging services, and cloud technologies to build scalable systems.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems affecting software products.
- Document software enhancements and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and SQL databases.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience using Docker, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or similar cloud and messaging technologies.
- Proven ability to lead software projects and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Previous experience with core banking, card issuance, merchant services, or loan automation products in the fintech industry will be an added advantage.
