Job Summary
The Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager will oversee all housekeeping operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through efficient housekeeping management.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager, you will:
- Manage the housekeeping team and oversee daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Supervise vacuuming, floor sweeping, and other routine cleaning activities.
- Ensure guest toilets, bathrooms, and shower facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas within the hotel.
- Supervise housekeeping staff in bed-making and linen replacement.
- Ensure waste bins and receptacles are emptied regularly and toiletries are replenished daily.
- Monitor housekeeping performance and maintain compliance with hotel cleanliness standards.
- Perform other housekeeping and operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
To qualify for this Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager position, applicants should possess:
- Relevant educational qualifications.
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping management role within a reputable hotel.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Salary
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month
