Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as MCIB is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit administration, loan portfolio management, business development, or marketing within a financial institution.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize deposits and expand loan portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Oversee credit administration and loan portfolio management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
