About the Graduate Trainee Programme
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme is a structured learning initiative that provides practical exposure to engineering operations, maintenance, process improvement, project execution, and technical analysis.
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training while developing the professional and technical competencies required for a rewarding engineering career.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will:
- Participate actively in the company’s graduate trainee development programme.
- Support engineering and operational activities across assigned departments.
- Assist in monitoring equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Participate in materials evaluation, inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering records, and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
- Between 0 and 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should have:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and/or materials engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from:
₦100,000 – ₦150,000
