Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting daily business operations, customer communications, social media management, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows while maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives.

Business Growth Support

  • Assist with client generation and business development activities.
  • Support initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s customer base.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor audience engagement and interactions.
  • Assist with content creation and online brand visibility.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports and provide operational insights.
  • Ensure information is updated and properly documented.

Operational Support

  • Assist with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • One to two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling and management platforms.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with virtual collaboration tools.

Technical Requirements
