Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) as well as TikTok.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and e-commerce advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions, sales performance, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Develop audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging advertising content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them for maximum results.
• Track advertising metrics and recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience managing successful e-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Ads is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and campaign optimization skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online consumer behavior.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
