Applications are currently open for the 2026 Nestlé Cultivate: YOUth Mentorship Program, a six-month global mentorship initiative created to support the development of young professionals across Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

Program Overview
The Nestlé Cultivate: YOUth Mentorship Program is designed to connect emerging talent with accomplished professionals from Nestlé’s international leadership community.
During the six-month program, participants will receive personal mentorship, career guidance, and access to structured learning opportunities that help them develop professionally and gain insights into global business practices.
