Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain production-grade backend software systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Confident spoken English communication for U.S.-based client interviews and technical discussions.
- Professional experience with at least two to three backend programming languages or frameworks.
- Experience with technologies such as:
- Java / Spring
- C# / .NET
- JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js
- Python / Django
- Ruby on Rails
- Comparable backend technologies
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and API development.
- Good knowledge of databases, system design and software integrations.
