Job Description
Victory Empowerment Centre (VEC) is a microfinance Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) focused on improving the livelihoods of individuals and families through innovative and flexible microfinance services.
The organisation is seeking a disciplined, passionate and target-driven professional for the position of Branch Manager in Lagos. The role involves supporting customer acquisition, loan product marketing, customer verification, repayment monitoring and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new loan customers within assigned communities.
- Market the institution’s loan products to prospective customers.
- Conduct customer verification and business assessments.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Support customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding loan-related activities.
- Carry out assigned field activities while meeting performance expectations.

Requirements

Compensation and Work Structure
- Salary: ₦100,000 monthly.

- Loan disbursement is technology-driven, and staff do not handle cash.
