Job Title: AI Visual Designer / Prompt Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time (Project-Based)
Salary: ₦200,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
As an AI Visual Designer / Prompt Engineer, you will:
- Create high-quality AI-generated visuals from creative briefs and reference materials.
- Develop and refine prompts to achieve specific visual styles and creative directions.
- Improve image composition, lighting, colours, framing, styling, and overall visual quality.
- Maintain consistency across multiple campaign images.
- Edit and refine AI-generated images for professional use.
- Respond to creative feedback and produce revisions where necessary.
- Design visuals suitable for commercial advertising, editorial publications, and social media campaigns.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- Proven experience creating high-quality AI-generated images.
- A background in graphic design or a solid understanding of graphic design principles.
- Strong visual judgement and excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of composition, typography, colour theory, lighting, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret reference images without directly copying them.
- Ability to create polished, intentional, and commercially relevant visuals.
- Willingness to work with creative briefs and accept constructive feedback.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience using one or more of the following tools will be an advantage:
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT Image Generation
- Flux
- Stable Diffusion
- Leonardo AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Other AI image-generation platforms
Basic image editing and photo retouching skills are also highly desirable.
