About the Role
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team to create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms. You will support branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, social media content creation, presentations, and other creative projects that contribute to the company’s communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Design social media graphics, promotional flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in developing visual content for corporate campaigns, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Ensure all creative materials align with the company’s brand identity and design standards.
• Support the design and formatting of business presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Edit images and develop creative graphics for websites, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files.
• Assist with additional branding and creative assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Interested candidates should possess:
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification.
• Between 2 and 3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
• Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Canva and other modern graphic design tools.
• Creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• Typography, layout design, and color theory knowledge.
• Social media content creation and design.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
