Job Overview
The Accounts and Admin Lead will be responsible for managing both the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This includes overseeing accounting processes, financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, and ensuring efficient office administration.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management and external stakeholders.
You will develop and manage the company’s annual budget, provide financial forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions. Managing cash flow, overseeing bank accounts, and ensuring proper reconciliations are also key aspects of the role.
The Accounts and Admin Lead will supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining proper invoicing and credit control procedures. The role also requires ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax filings.
In addition, you will oversee payroll processes, ensure compliance with statutory deductions, and coordinate internal and external audits. Implementing audit recommendations and strengthening internal controls will be part of your responsibilities.
On the administrative side, the role includes managing procurement, maintaining inventory of office supplies, overseeing vendor contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency. You will also maintain records of company assets, handle logistics such as travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
