Job Summary
CashXpress Nigeria is hiring Collection Specialists to join its team in Lagos. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in fintech, credit management, and debt recovery.
Location: Lagos State
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
• Contact customers with outstanding loan obligations via phone, email, and other channels
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements
• Provide professional customer service
• Follow up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets
• Comply with company policies and regulatory standards
• Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC
• 0 to 2 years work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
