Job Summary
Quantum Packaging Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, supervision and maintenance of civil engineering projects and infrastructure within the company.
The successful candidate will oversee civil works, monitor construction activities, coordinate contractors and help ensure that projects meet approved designs, quality standards, timelines and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise civil works and construction projects.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, estimates and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and engineering standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans and other project personnel.
- Monitor project progress, costs, materials and timelines.
- Identify and resolve construction and structural issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and building regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reports.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of company facilities and infrastructure.
- Assist with the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and resources.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants for the Civil Engineer position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or construction environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Lusada, Ogun State.
- Must be available to start immediately.
