Job Overview
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is recruiting an Experienced Hotel Driver to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests, management, and staff.
The Experienced Hotel Driver will be responsible for operating hotel vehicles safely, supporting airport transfers, transporting guests to assigned destinations, and ensuring that vehicles remain clean and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests, staff, and management to designated destinations.
- Provide airport pickup and drop-off services when required.
- Transport guests to business meetings, restaurants, tourist attractions, and other assigned locations.
- Provide friendly, professional, and respectful service to guests.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks covering fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
- Keep hotel vehicles clean, presentable, and in good operating condition.
- Comply with traffic laws, road-safety regulations, and hotel transportation policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Promptly report vehicle faults, accidents, damage, and maintenance requirements to management.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when necessary.
- Plan efficient routes to support punctual pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain confidentiality concerning hotel guests and their activities.
- Support the hotel team with transportation-related duties as required.
- Ensure hotel vehicles are safely parked when not in use.
- Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by the Hotel Manager or Operations Supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Strong driving and road-safety skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Courteous, reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
