Job Summary
Bradfield Consulting Limited is recruiting an experienced and highly organized Head of Administration to provide strategic and operational leadership across the administrative, facilities, and support functions of a school in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The successful candidate will oversee administrative systems, facilities management, procurement, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Head of Administration will also provide operational support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, contributing to planning, budgeting, policy implementation, and the effective running of the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the school’s administrative, facilities, and support services.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient systems are maintained.
- Manage procurement processes, contracts, suppliers, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure effective office administration and records management.
- Monitor regulatory and institutional compliance requirements.
- Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff.

Requirements and Qualifications
