Cavista is seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, scheduling, coordination, and strategic support to executive leadership.
The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of the executive office by managing priorities, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, business documentation, stakeholder communication, and executive action items.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in all executive interactions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior executives.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Help executives prioritize schedules and manage time effectively.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate executive correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other business documents.
- Organize and facilitate executive and Board meetings.

- Serve as a primary liaison between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor executive action items, projects, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely completion.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address administrative and operational challenges.
- Recommend process improvements that can enhance executive office efficiency and business effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is required for the Senior Specialist level.
- OND/HND is acceptable for the Specialist level where supported by relevant experience.
- Relevant administrative or executive-support certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of prior experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate or financial-services environment is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with executive calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting administration.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively under pressure.
