The Kitchen Assistant will support the kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning, packaging, storage, and other day-to-day kitchen operations. The successful candidate should be hardworking, hygienic, attentive to detail, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as directed.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, surfaces, and work areas.
- Assist with packaging and serving food orders.
- Ensure food items and ingredients are properly stored.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Support the kitchen team during busy food production periods.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organising kitchen supplies.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for daily operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
