Requirements
Interested candidates for the Elementary Teacher position should possess:
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc./B.A. with a teaching qualification, or an equivalent qualification in Education or a related field.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a primary or elementary school is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and child-centred learning environment.
- Ability to use appropriate teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use technology for teaching and record-keeping.
- A passionate, patient, creative, organised, and dedicated approach to teaching.
- Commitment to pupils’ academic and personal development.
- TRCN certification or registration is an added advantage.
